These terms govern your use of the FractionalFD platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Service

FractionalFD is a platform that connects UK businesses with part-time Finance Directors. We facilitate introductions and matching but are not a party to the engagement between you and your FD.

Eligibility

Our services are available to UK-registered businesses and qualified Finance Directors. You must be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.

Fees & Payment

There are no upfront placement fees. Our pricing is based on a transparent margin applied to the FD's day rate, invoiced monthly for days worked.

Liability

FractionalFD acts as a matching platform. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our 30-day replacement guarantee applies to the matching service only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
